Why the numbers are that low

You pay for decisions, not keystrokes

A senior engineer sets the architecture, reviews every diff, and owns the outcome. The typing, the boilerplate, the test suite, the second and third attempt — that's machine work, and we don't bill it to you as human hours.

Scope is written down and priced before day one

No discovery phase you pay for. One call, one page of scope, one number, one date. If you change the scope mid-build we re-price it in the open, in writing, before we start on it.

It's running before you've paid in full

You get a deployed URL on day one and a new one every evening after. Half up front, half on handover — if the thing isn't working on the day we promised, the second half waits until it is.

A build, day by day

The same sequence every time. It's short enough that you can hold the whole thing in your head.

  1. Day 0

    The brief

    Forty-five minutes on a call. We leave with a page that says what it does, what it doesn't, what it costs, and the date it lands. You approve that page or we part as friends.

  2. Day 1

    The spine

    A deployed, clickable skeleton on a real URL — your repo, your account. Every screen exists, nothing is finished. This is the earliest possible moment you can tell us we've misunderstood you.

  3. Days 2–n

    Build in the open

    Deploys through the day, a short note each evening: what shipped, what's next, anything that turned out harder than we said. No status meetings, no weekly deck.

  4. Last day

    Handover

    Repo, deploys, secrets, and a README a new engineer can follow. It was your code from the first commit — nothing here needs us to keep running.
